When I first had the idea to do this blog, I knew I needed a niche so that I can be consistent. However, narrowing my option to just fitness will definitely reduce my writing content since my life revolves more than just the gym. So I thought of other things that are a constant component in my daily routine… and instantly, almost immediately, food came up!
